  • 2 (14 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
  • 1 c. sharp shredded cheese
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 pack Town House crackers, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted

Directions

    Drain pineapple; add flour, sugar and cheese.

    Pour into baking dish.

    Crumble crackers over the top of mixture.

    Pour margarine over top.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Good with meat dishes.
