  • 1/3 cup Crisco
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T vinegar

Directions

    Cut Crisco into flour, til crumbly. Then add egg, water, vinegar. Blend in the flour. Let pastry chill for a short time. Roll out for pie crust. Makes 5 single crusts.
