- 1 can pineapple chunks (cut each in half or use sliced and cut smaller)
- 1 1/2 large pkg. cream cheese, cut in chunks
- small marshmallows
- 1 egg
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- Brandy, optional
- Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Drain pineapple and reserve juice.

2Place pineapple chunks, cream cheese, and marshmallows in a dish.

3Scramble egg with juice and cook over low heat, gradually adding sugar mixed with flour. Add optional Brandy.

4Cook until thick.

5Pour over top and cover with cheese.

6Bake at 350° about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

7Great served with ham and potato salad.
