  • 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 egg, beaten until frothy
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 slices bread, cubed
  • 1/3 c. melted oleo

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except bread cubes and oleo.

    Pour into greased casserole and top with bread cubes and melted oleo. Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
