Pineapple-Banana Pie(Sugar-Free)

  • 1 small (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 pkg. sugar substitute (Equal is good)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell or graham cracker crust

Directions

    Cook pudding with pineapple juice and milk, then add sugar substitute.

    When it thickens, remove from heat.

    Add drained pineapple and vanilla; mix well.

    Slice banana over

    cooked crust. Pour pudding over sliced banana.

    Dot with lite Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
