- 1 small (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 pkg. sugar substitute (Equal is good)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
Directions

1Cook pudding with pineapple juice and milk, then add sugar substitute.

2When it thickens, remove from heat.

3Add drained pineapple and vanilla; mix well.

4Slice banana over

5cooked crust. Pour pudding over sliced banana.

6Dot with lite Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
