Pineapple Banana Pudding

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • bananas
  • vanilla wafers

Directions

    Put eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, flour and butter in blender. Blend for 1 minute.

    Pour in iron skillet and cook over low heat until thick as desired.

    Put a layer of wafers in bottom of dish, then a layer of sliced bananas and a little pineapple. Pour some pudding mixture over this.

    Repeat until finished.

    Top with wafers.
