Pineapple Barbecued Hens

- 1 pkg. Perdue Cornish Hens
- 1 can (8oz.) sliced pineapple with juice
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions

1Halve hens lengthwise and remove backbones.

2In a large shallow dish, combine 1/4 cup pineapple juice with remaining ingredients.

3Pour over hens and marinate, refrigerated, for at least two hours.

4Grill or broil according to cornish hen package directions.
