- 1 (No. 303) can sliced beets
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cider vinegar
Directions

1Drain pineapple and beets, saving juices.

2Mix cornstarch with a little pineapple juice.

3Add this to 1/2 cup pineapple juice and all of beet juice.

4Heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to thicken.

5Add remaining ingredients.

6Simmer until heated through.
