- 5 slices bread
- 1 stick butter (room temperature)
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions

1Set out 5 slices of bread to get hard and stale. Cut into cubes. Cream the butter.

2Add the sugar to the butter.

3Beat the eggs and add to sugar/butter mixture. Stir in bread.

4Stir in the pineapple. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
