  • 1/3 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup walnuts or 1 cup pecans

Directions
