  • 2 1/2 c. Jiffy baking mix
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

    Combine all ingredients except nuts.

    Beat vigorously with spoon 1/2 minute; stir in nuts.
