- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 5 slices white bread cubed without crust
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs one at a time.

2Add rest of ingredients, then fold in bread.

3Bake at 350° for 50 minutes in a round casserole that has been greased with butter.
