- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Mix pineapple, flour, sugar and egg and pour into casserole. Top with the cubed bread.

2Moisten bread slightly with juices from pineapple mixture without stirring.
