Pineapple Bread Pudding

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, juice included
  • 4 slices white or whole wheat bread, cubed

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly in a medium size bowl.

    Stir in sugar, butter, flour and pineapple.

    Stir in bread cubes.

    Pour into a greased

    Bake in a 350° oven approximately 1 hour.
