  • 1 stick Butter
  • 4 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple, Drained Well
  • 2 Tablespoons Pineapple Juice ( Possibly More )

Directions

    Sift powdered sugar and salt into a bowl with the butter.

    Begin mixing (the Kitchen Aid whipper works best) on slow speed. Add crushed pineapple and juice.

    Whip on high until the frosting becomes light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Turn it on high and walk away!

    Use on your favorite cake for a tropical taste!
