Pineapple Cake

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • pineapple rings
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Mix cake according to directions on the back of box.

    In the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan, melt margarine.

    Rub sides of pan with margarine so the batter will not stick to sides of pan. Then sprinkle brown sugar over the margarine.

    Lay pineapple rings on sugar and pour the batter on the pineapple.

    Bake as directed on box.
