- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. shredded coconut (optional)
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.

2Using the syrup as part of the liquid and the eggs, prepare cake according to package directions.

3Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
