  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/3 c. Karo
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut

Directions

    Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, water and pineapple together and put in 3 layer cake pans.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
