  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix eggs, vanilla, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.

    Add crushed pineapple and chopped pecans.

    Bake at 350° from 30 to 35 minutes in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan or two 9-inch round pans.
