- 2 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/4 c. crushed pineapple (juice and all)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Cream eggs, sugar and cooking oil.

2Sift together the flour, soda and salt.

3Add pineapple alternately with flour mixture to creamed mixture.

4Beat well after each addition, then add vanilla and pecans.

5Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
