Pineapple Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese mixed with pineapple juice and milk to equal 2 1/2 c.
  • 2 pkg. instant pineapple or vanilla pudding
  • Cool Whip
  • chopped walnuts

Directions

    Bake cake as directed on a cookie sheet.

    While cake is cooling, drain the crushed pineapple well.

    Mix softened cream cheese with pineapple juice and milk, add pudding and mix until thickened.

    Pour over cake and then put crushed pineapple on top of pudding mixture.

    Put Cool Whip over top of this and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

    Refrigerate.
