  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix well and bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan in a 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Remove from oven and while hot, frost with the following frosting.
