  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/3 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix the first 6 ingredients all together for 2 minutes, then add the nuts.

    Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Frost cake while still warm.
