- 2 baked layers yellow cake (from SuperMoist mix)
- 1 stick margarine (room temperature)
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
Directions

1Follow directions on box for cake.

2Blend together the butter, cream cheese, sour cream and sugar.

3Add pineapple and coconut; blend together.

4Sprinkle with dry pudding mix.

5Fold in Cool Whip.

6Slice the 2 cake layers in half to make 4 layers.

7Put filling between cake layers.
