- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/2 box powdered sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Beat eggs; add sugar.

2Add undrained pineapple.

3Sift soda and flour together.

4Grease and flour oblong pan.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

6Frost with cream cheese, oleo, powdered sugar and chopped pecans.
