- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (1 Brick)
- 1 stick Butter (1/2 Cup)
- 1-1/2 cup Confectioners Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla

1Cake:

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3Combine the flour, baking soda and sugar. Stir to combine. Add the pineapple, the juice and the eggs. Mix well. Add walnuts and stir to incorporate.

4Cook in two 9x12 pans at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

6Beat cream cheese and butter. Add vanilla and confectioner's sugar and beat to combine.
