  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 14 cup butter
  • 1 (5 1/2 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 12 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Sift together flour, sugar and soda.

    Mix in eggs and pineapple.

    Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake for 1 hour at 350F or until done all the way through.

    Place all icing ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil.

    Turn down heat and simmer for 4 minutes.

    Pour icing over warm cake.
