- 2 large eggs
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple

- 1 (5 1/2 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup coconut
- 12 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Sift together flour, sugar and soda.

3Mix in eggs and pineapple.

4Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake for 1 hour at 350F or until done all the way through.

5Place all icing ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil.

6Turn down heat and simmer for 4 minutes.

7Pour icing over warm cake.
