- 2 eggs
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Beat 2 eggs until light and fluffy.

2Add 20 ounce can crushed pineapple (undrained), 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup brown sugar and 2 teaspoons baking soda. Mix by hand. Do not use mixer.

3Stir in 1 cup chopped walnuts.

4Spread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
