Pineapple Cake Surprise

   Bake cake according to box directions.

   Set aside and allow cake to cool completely.

   Using wooden spoon, poke holes randomly through cake.

   Pour can sweetened condensed milk over cake.

   Pour crushed pineapple over that.

   Using spatula, spread Cool Whip on top.

   Sprinkle coconut, then put cherries on top for added color and flavor.
