- 20 oz. can juice packed crushed pineapple, chilled
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- sugar substitute to equal 10 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Drain pineapple juice into pan.

2Sprinkle on the gelatin and 1/2 of pineapple.

3Wait 1 minute until gelatin softens.

4Heat gently until gelatin granules melt.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir in lemon juice and sugar substitute.

7Spread mixture in 8-inch square no-stick pan.

8Chill.

9Keep refrigerated.
