  • 2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. sugar or 12 pkg. Equal
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 to 3/4 stick oleo
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers

Directions

    Place pineapple chunks in bottom of glass 10 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Mix sugar and flour together and sprinkle over pineapple.

    Then layer cheese and crushed crackers to form top layer.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
