- 12 teaspoon pepper, coarsely ground
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 14 cup sherry wine
- 12 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Press pepper into fast-fry steaks.

2Saute in butter over medium-high heat for 1 minute per side.
