  • 4 thin minute steaks
  • 12 teaspoon pepper, coarsely ground
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 14 cup sherry wine
  • 12 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce

Directions

    Press pepper into fast-fry steaks.

    Saute in butter over medium-high heat for 1 minute per side.

    Reduce heat to medium and add remaining ingredients.

    Saute for 2 minutes per side and remove steaks from pan.

    Boil sauce until it's been reduced by half and pour over steaks.
