  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drain and reserve juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (saltine)

Directions

    Place pineapple in a Pyrex baking dish.

    Mix flour, sugar, pineapple juice (the 3 tablespoons) and margarine or butter.

    Pour over pineapple chunks.

    Top with cheese, then cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
