- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving juice.

2Mix flour and sugar.

3Add juice.

4Add pineapple and cheese, mixing well.

5Place in casserole dish.

6Mix butter and crackers and sprinkle over casserole.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
