Pineapple Casserole

  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. crumbled Townhouse crackers

Directions

    Drain pineapple, reserve 3 tablespoons of the juice. Combine sugar and flour, slowly stir in juice, then add cheese and pineapple. Mix well and put in greased one quart casserole. Combine margarine, crackers and a little grated cheese, sprinkle on top of casserole and bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
