- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 2 c. sugar
- 8 eggs
- 2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 10 slices bread, cubed
Directions

1In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs.

3Stir in pineapple and lemon juice.

4Fold in bread cubes.

5Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.

6Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 25 to 40 minutes or until set.
