  • 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained, save juice
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions

    Mix flour with pineapple juice and sugar.

    Add cheese and pineapple chunks, mix well.

    Pour into buttered (1-quart) casserole dish.

    Mix melted butter and crumbs.

    Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
