  • 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

    Spray a shallow casserole dish with vegetable spray.

    In casserole, spread pineapple.

    Mix sugar, flour and reserved juice; pour over pineapple.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Mix together melted margarine and crushed crackers; sprinkle over pineapple and cheese. Bake at 350° until hot and lightly browned.
