- 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick)
- 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Directions

1Drain pineapple and reserve the juice.

2Combine pineapple, cheese and butter.

3Mix sugar and flour; add pineapple juice.

4Add to pineapple and cheese mixture.

5Stir well.

6Bake in 2-quart casserole dish for 20 minutes at 300°.

7Add cracker crumbs; return to oven until crumbs are hot.
