- 1 large can pineapple chunks, undrained
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 5 tbsp. flour
- 1 generous cup grated mild cheddar cheese
- 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions

1Mix sugar and flour thoroughly.

2Place pineapple and juice in saucepan, stir in sugar and flour and cook on medium heat until thick, stirring almost constantly.

3Grease and flour 9x9 pan and turn pineapple mixture into pan.

4Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers and grated cheese.

5Pour evenly over the pineapple and heat in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

6Serve hot.
