- 2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 8 slices toast
- 1 stick margarine
- 3/4 c. powdered milk
Directions

1Grease a long baking dish with margarine.

2Drain pineapple in dish.

3Mix flour, sugar, eggs and powdered milk with pineapple juice until smooth.

4Cut toast into cubes.

5Melt margarine in a large skillet.

6Toss toast in margarine until coated.

7Put buttered cubes over pineapple that has been covered with the juice mixture.

8Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.

9Serve warm.
