Pineapple Casserole

  • 2 cans (large) chunk pineapple
  • 2 c. mild shredded cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

    Drain 1 can of pineapple.

    Save juice from one.

    Place pineapple in bottom of Pyrex dish. Distribute cheese over pineapple.

    Mix flour, sugar and pineapple juice.

    Stir well. Fold in with cheese and pineapple, altogether. Crush Ritz crackers and layer on top.

    Pour butter on top.

    Cook on 350° for 30 to 35 minutes, until bubbly.
