- 2 cans (large) chunk pineapple
- 2 c. mild shredded cheese
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter, melted
Directions

1Drain 1 can of pineapple.

2Save juice from one.

3Place pineapple in bottom of Pyrex dish. Distribute cheese over pineapple.

4Mix flour, sugar and pineapple juice.

5Stir well. Fold in with cheese and pineapple, altogether. Crush Ritz crackers and layer on top.

6Pour butter on top.

7Cook on 350° for 30 to 35 minutes, until bubbly.
