- 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- crushed Ritz crackers
Directions

1Drain most of juice from pineapple (leave some).

2Place in a small casserole dish.

3Mix sugar, flour and cheese.

4Pour on top of pineapple.

5Spread crushed crackers on top of mixture.

6Pour melted margarine over everything.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8If serving 4 or more, recipe may be tripled, using a larger casserole dish.
