- 7 tablespoons cream
- 5/8 cup milk chocolate
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Directions

1In a saucepan, heat the cream. When it is warm, add the milk chocolate and dark chocolate and stir until it melts. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.

2Let it cool and stir occasionally. Once cool, stir with a whisk. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

3Separately, mix the cocoa powder and sugars.

4Remove the chocolate mixture from the refrigerator. With cold hands, shape into small spheres and cover with the chocolate milk powder mixture.
