  • 2 cans chunk pineapple, drained
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. pineapple (reserve juice)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers

Directions

    Mix pineapple, flour, Cheddar cheese and sugar.

    Reserve juice.

    Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Crumble crackers and mix with melted stick of butter.

    Top casserole with mixture. Bake at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes.
