  • 1 1/2 ounces Roca Patron Silver tequila
  • 1 ounce prickly pear puree
  • 2 ounces fresh lime sweet and sour mix (see Note)

    Fill a tall Collins glass with ice and add blue curacao.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add remaining ingredients, shake and strain into Collins glass.

    Serve immediately.
