  • 2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. extra sharp cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • 6 Tbsp. pineapple juice

Directions

    Drain pineapple; reserve 6 tablespoons juice.

    Mix sugar, flour, pineapple juice and melted butter.

    Pour over pineapple chunks and toss with grated cheese.

    Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
