- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. plain flour
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1 roll Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 large can crushed pineapple (reserve syrup)
Directions

1Grease casserole dish; mix sugar, flour and juice of pineapple.

2Add 1/2 cup of the cheese to mixture and the crushed pineapple.

3Pour into casserole dish; add remaining cheese and cracker crumbs on top.

4Pour melted butter over crackers.

5Bake at 325° until bubbly.
