- 6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted plus extra for buttering pan
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Butter medium size casserole dish. In a large bowl stir together sugar and flour.

3Gradually stir in cheese.

4Add drained pineapple and stir.

5Pour ingredient into dish.

6In another bowl combine cracker crumbs, butter and reserved juice.

7Spread mixture on top of pineapple mixture.

8Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
