  • 2 large (20 oz.) cans pineapple
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 3 c. Cheese Tid-Bits crackers
  • 2 sticks butter, melted

Directions

    Drain pineapple, leaving just a little juice.

    Stir in sugar, flour and cheese.

    Pour into large casserole dish (13 x 9-inch). Cover with crushed Tid-Bits crackers.

    Pour melted butter over top.

    Bake, uncovered, approximately 35 to 40 minutes at 350°, or lightly browned.
